GSL – LNG vessel MV Jade in India

 

Gold Star Line (GSL), a leading global container shipping company committed to delivering reliable, efficient, and sustainable logistics solutions, proudly announces the arrival of its state-of-the-art LNG-fueled vessel, MV Jade, at BMCT – PSA Nhava Sheva on August 2, 2025 and en route to Hazira (August 5, 2025) and Mundra (August 7, 2025). This marks a significant milestone in GSL’s decarbonization journey and the first call of an LNG-powered ship from GSL at an Indian port.

MV Jade is part of growing fleet of LNG-fueled vessels introduced since 2022, representing a bold step toward reducing the environmental impact of global shipping.  The vessel’s arrival underscores GSL’s commitment to environmental sustainability and innovation, aligning with India’s broader sustainability goals in the maritime sector.
