India Rises to Third Position in Global Tea Exports with 254.67 Million kg in 2024

India exported a total volume of 254.67 million kilograms  of tea with a value realisation of Rs 7111.43 crores during calendar year 2024, moving up from the fourth to the third position in the world tea exports scenario , according to a release issued by the Tea Board of India on Monday. This was possible due to concerted efforts from the Government of India, the Tea Board and all the stakeholders in the Indian tea industry.
