CONCOR initiates new chapter in bulk liquid movement

 

The Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) has introduced the movement of customer-owned specialised tank containers for loading bulk liquid.

Full/part train load operations have commenced from Mundra Port to Dadri, Khatuwas and Barhi. The first lot of tank containers carrying industrial chemicals was offered by AMLF at Mundra Port for ICD Khatuwas late last month.

This marks yet another milestone in strengthening India’s logistics supply chain.

This tank container service supports liquid cargo movement by enabling bulk movement via rail—an efficient, green and sustainable mode of transport, highlighted a release.
