Titagarh Rail signs pact to commercialise indigenous hyperloop freight

 

Titagarh Rail Systems Limited, a prominent rolling stock manufacturer, has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with TuTr Hyperloop, a deep-tech start-up incubated at IIT Madras. The partnership aims to engineer and commercialise India’s first hyperloop-enabled freight mobility platform, marking a major technological leap for domestic cargo logistics. The agreement establishes a joint framework to design, integrate and deploy high-speed, automated and energy-efficient vacuum-tube cargo systems, said a report.
