Nhava Sheva Freeport Terminal achieves highest monthly throughput to date in Sept.

Nhava Sheva Freeport Terminal (NSFT), at JN Port, continues to build on its operational momentum, with monthly throughput reflecting its focus on performance, efficiency and disciplined execution.

September marked a new milestone for NSFT, with the highest monthly throughput achieved to date.

* June 2026 — 1,14,255 TEUs

* July 2026 — 1,11,878 TEUs

* August 2026 — 1,23,876 TEUs

* September 2026 — 1,34,193 TEUs (the highest ever)

Behind these numbers is the collective effort of its teams, stronger collaboration, improving efficiency and a shared commitment to keeping trade moving reliably at scale, emphasised a communique.

NSFT, a joint venture between J M Baxi & CMA Terminals, is one of the container terminals operating at Nhava Sheva’s Jawaharlal Nehru Port, having procured a 30-year license from the port to provide container handling services at the facility.
