Ministry to issue revised Model Concession Agreement soon

The Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways will soon issue a revised Model Concession Agreement (MCA) after incorporating the changes suggested by the stakeholders for the Projects, Schemes and Public-Private-Partnerships (PSPPP), said Mr T. K. Ramachandran, IAS, Secretary, while speaking at the roadshow event for the upcoming India Maritime Week 2025 to be held in Mumbai from October 27-31.
The tariffs will be fixed taking into account the stakeholders’ views, and the adjudication will be done faster, he added, as per a report.
