The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the following appointment and upgradation:

Mr Mukesh Mangal, ITS:92, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways.

Mr Lay Aggarwal, lAS (AP:96), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Women & Child Development as Director General, Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
