India is taking steps to mitigate possible disruptions due to restrictions on rare earth minerals imposed by China, New Delhi said in its  May economic report released on Friday. The recent export control of  China  on rare earth materials have rattled the global auto industry, triggering warnings of supply chain disruptions and potential production halts including India.
