With these enhanced services, the facility now offers greater convenience to exporters, freight forwarders, Customs Brokers, consolidators and shipping lines by reducing coordination efforts, improving operational efficiency and ensuring reliable end-to-end logistics support.

ICD Patparganj has recorded a significant increase in export activity, driven by sustained trade facilitation efforts, excellent service delivery and competitive tariffs. Continuous engagement with exporters, freight forwarders and shipping lines has enhanced customer confidence and strengthened operational efficiency. Consequently, LCL export space reservations have increased five-fold within a month, highlighting the growing preference for ICD Patparganj as an export gateway. Moreover, export volumes have doubled from June 2026 to July 2026, reflecting the terminal’s expanding market presence and its commitment to delivering efficient, reliable and customer-centric logistics solutions for India’s EXIM trade.
