Adding a vibrant cultural dimension to the visit, the delegation joined the Makar Sankranti / Uttarayan celebrations, where they enjoyed traditional kite flying with DPA officials and employees at the Administrative Office Building-Gandhidham, experiencing India’s rich festive spirit and warm hospitality.
