CONCOR’s door-to-door assured dedicated transit container train service from Delhi to Kolkata

The Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) has launched a bi-weekly service from CONCOR ICD Tughlakabad, New Delhi to CONCOR terminal Shalimar (Kolkata) under the Hub & Spoke model — enabling cargo aggregation at Tughlakabad, Agra and Kanpur terminals.

Salient features:

* Transit Guarantee: Two successful trips completed in less than 51 hours against the target of 120 hours

* Door pick-up and delivery available

* Eco-friendly movement through LNG fleet at ICD Tughlakabad

* Extended connectivity up to Guwahati via weekly Kolkata-Guwahati service

* New service launched on experimental basis
