APSEZ incorporates “East Africa Ports FZCO” as subsidiary

Adani International Ports Holdings Pte. Ltd (AIPHL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ), has incorporated “East Africa Ports FZCO”, a wholly owned subsidiary, on May 26, 2025, informed a communique. East Africa Ports FZCO has been incorporated as a Step-down Subsidiary of APSEZ to carry out the business of Investment in Commercial Enterprises & Management. East Africa Ports FZCO has been incorporated in the United Arab Emirates and registered with the Government of Dubai in DMCC on May 26, 2025.
